Training in the winter

Nicky and I went out early today and walk 5.7 miles. If the walk were in December we would definately be prepared. Cold here. I just hope October will not be too hot because we will not be prepared.

Training in the snow!!!

Today Steve and I went to Yerba Loco and hiked for 5 hours. This is a new type of training. The snow was 5 inches deep. But is was an absolutely beautiful day
